Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Workflows)

Remote (Europe / US / SEA / ME) Full-time Senior

Apply

Build the production agentic workflows and the working assets inside client AI operating systems, from first integration to launch and iteration.

What you will do

Design and build agentic workflows that use approved context and connected tools
Integrate with client systems: CRM, project management, comms and documents
Add human approval, permissions, logging and evaluation
Ship, measure and improve against the ROI estimates from the Scan
Work directly with clients, not through layers

What we look for

Strong Python and modern LLM tooling: agents, RAG, tool and function calling
A track record of shipping real systems to production
Comfort owning a build end to end
Pragmatism about security, cost and maintainability
Clear written communication

Delivery

AI Solutions Architect

Remote (Europe / US / SEA / ME) Full-time Lead

Turn business problems into AI systems. Lead AI Business Scans, design the AI OS architecture and decide what to build first.

What you will do

Run leadership alignment and workflow discovery
Score and prioritize opportunities across the six pillars
Model ROI with the client's real numbers
Design target architecture, integrations and controls
Produce the roadmap and the first-build scope

What we look for

Experience translating business goals into technical designs
Strong grasp of AI and agent architectures, data and integrations
Client-facing delivery or consulting background
Ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical owners
A bias for evidence over hype

Delivery

AI Adoption & Delivery Lead

Remote Contract or full-time Mid / Senior

Make sure what we build actually gets used. Own enablement, adoption and ongoing operation together with clients.

What you will do

Plan launches, enablement and documentation
Drive adoption and gather structured feedback
Track success metrics and operating history
Coordinate the retainer roadmap with the client
Keep governance and documentation current

What we look for

Ops, project or customer-success background with technical fluency
Excellent communication and organization
Genuine comfort with AI tools and workflows
Confidence working directly with client teams
